so, it’s finally time for me to announce something that i’ve been putting off for a while. some of you may know a bit about this already, but the situation has reached a point where i have no choice but to make a public announcement to explain my situation.
i have a chronic and debilitating health problem, which remains undiagnosed after much testing (further tests are scheduled), and seems to be getting worse. i’d rather not get into the gory details, but i get nasty attacks that last about 10-12 days, and make me totally incapable of anything. in between these attacks, i can function totally normally, but the problem is that the attacks are becoming more and more frequent, and it’s getting to where i feel like i am sick almost more often than not. i have been referred to specialists, and i am sure that eventually the doctors will get this figured out, and i can begin some kind of treatment, but until then, i just have to deal with it.
because of all of this, my ability to get things done has been severely impaired, and i am not sure how much work i’ll be able to do in the near future. i have already had to cancel or postpone all of my projects and obligations for the next several months, and i am really not sure when i’ll be back in the saddle.
in the meantime, my assistant, Saya, will be coming in once a week to answer messages and take care of shipping and updates, so please, in order to not overload her, send only business or other important messages, and only to my real email: sekretcity@gmail.com. since i am currently unable to make any new work, i will be releasing prints of several of the pieces i recently posted, and my assistant will handle all of the shipping and communication for those, so that things can keep running smoothly even when my health is poor.

Hello all!
I am very pleased to announce that I have a new print available, and of an entirely new kind for me. The new piece is entitled “The Gift”, and is pictured below.
These are NOT giclee prints, but drypoint engravings (check out the Wikipedia entry for more info, at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drypoint). I etched the design by hand into a single copper plate, which is being hand-printed on an intaglio press by master printmaker Kathy Caraccio, in NYC (http://www.kcaraccio.com/).
These are 9”x12” (approximately 23x31cm), not including the wide, hand-deckled border, which is mostly cropped off in the pics below. The edition will be strictly limited to 35, the first two of which already sold at my recent show at Merry Karnowsky Gallery. Each print will be signed and numbered by myself. After the full edition of 35 is all printed, the plate will be slashed to prevent any further printing.
In addition, these black-inked prints will each be hand-painted by myself, as you can see below in two sample versions. I will paint each print in different colors and details, so each piece will be unlike any other; entirely unique. if you want one, you can choose the base color yourself, which will be complimented by white and gold details.

I am happy to announce that I have a new print available: ‘Babalon’. she can be seen in the photo above.
These giclee prints are printed using rich, deep “100 year” lightfast pigments on fine, heavy 180gsm Hahnemuhle paper. As always, the prints were made by master craftsman Jay Foran at Alpha, and those of you who have bought prints from me in the past will be familiar with the impeccable quality of his work.
These prints will be approximately !2”x17” (30cmX43cm) in size, with a white border, and are $100 US each.
these will be strictly limited to a single edition of 200, each print signed and numbered by myself. all of the past limited edition prints have appreciated quickly after being sold out, some to even five times the original price.
